MARS Company holds a dominant footprint in the U.S. and plans to direct its future advancements to target a global expansion strategy
Dave Corey, CEO of MARS Company says, “Inaccuracy in the measurement of water delivery leads to significant loss of revenue for the clients. To mitigate that, we focus heavily on meter testing and joining hands with meter manufacturers and vendors in order to obtain fact-based data to identify the revenue leakage and contain it.” The information is run through sophisticated analytics, refined, and converted into actionable insights.
MARS Company’s test benches are highly efficient in operating in closed loop environment. The latter complies with all the local, state, and federal environmental laws by reducing water wastage and setting an example as a conservator. The benches constitute a multi-tasking meter shop as they are completely automatic (although some manual intervention is required) and allow utility employees to perform other functions while testing is in service. Each bench provides a lifecycle of 25-30 years for all the major components while supporting meter maintenance and with enabled upgrade options. The information generated by the test benches is exceptionally accurate and specific to the meter size, make, and model, and also includes the meter test results complying with the specifications as detailed by the American Water Works Association (AWWA). The standardization enables the company to help clients in dealing with legal disputes. The Calibration and Certification program offered by MARS Company provides documentation that speaks directly to the court system. This information includes test bench compliance, scale certification, training certificates, and calibration certificates.
Currently, MARS Company holds a dominant footprint in the U.S. and plans to direct its future advancements to target a global expansion strategy in the years to come. Through programs that encourage its team to generate patentable products and solutions, MARS Company drives innovation within its service portfolio and creates a robust manufacturing infrastructure to further position itself as a leader in the water utility industry.
