eVerifile’s success can be attributed to the company’s ability to provide an end-to-end solution while registering contracting companies, employees and verifying them
eVerifile provides a registration portal and database after performing a background check, which allows employers to track the contracting company and its employees. The company makes it possible for utilities to engage with their contractors via a mobile application that gives firms insight about their location credential status (i.e., whether an individual has completed the appropriate training and testing on worksite safety practices for a particular location).
eVerifile not only safeguards their clients’ resources by hiring the appropriate people but also provides an onboarding experience that enhances the safety and security for everyone involved: the contractors, employees, customers, and the environment in which they work.
The COVID-19 global pandemic has only magnified the significance of eVerifile’s utility management solutions. With the rise of remote hiring and working from home programs, businesses need help navigating in the ‘new normal’ and the various risks that accompany it. As companies are challenged with reducing fraud among contractors working remotely, eVerifile’s IDVerity technology allows employers to validate credentials through a live identification test, using a video screen where the individual’s face is matched with a government-issued ID.
eVerifile specializes in helping companies mitigate supplier and workforce risk through cloud-based solutions, including contractor and employment screening
In fact, it was the company’s advanced technology that allowed it to further innovate in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. In collaboration with its parent company Cisive and other divisions, eVerifile contributed in the development of a suite of three solutions aimed to help employers mitigate risk and safely reopen in a post-pandemic environment.
In April 2020, the company released SAFE19, a COVID-19 Clearinghouse solution. SAFE19 is a secure, paperless, central repository specifically designed to handle the uploading, validation, and compliance reporting on COVID-19 test and immunization data. A CONTACT19 contact tracing solution followed in May 2020 to help employers take a proactive approach to ensure the safety of their workforce.
More recently in June 2020, the company released ACCESS19: a secure, paperless safety solution specifically designed to allow businesses to resume day-to-day operations while keeping their workforce safe from COVID-19. ACCESS19 eliminates paper documentation attestation processes by enabling the entire procedure to be completed from a secure, mobile device.
Over the years, eVerifile has focused on the utilities and transportation sector, with an annual growth rate of 25 percent. eVerifile’s success can be attributed to the company’s ability to provide an end-to-end solution while registering contracting companies, employees and verifying them. The company has turned to innovation to address the world’s challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic, positioning itself as a leader in the midst of today’s disruptions.
